We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. When you make an appointment that time is reserved only for you. Staff members have been scheduled specifically for you at that time. If at the last moment you don’t show up for your appointment, no other person will be able to fill that spot, yet we have incurred the fees for staffing that appointment. This creates an unfair financial burden as well as being unfair to the patients who would have wanted to be seen at that time. For this reason, cancellations less than 24 hours or no shows are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We accept any major credit or debit card.

Once your consultation has begun, we cannot issue a refund. Visit fees provide you with a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan from a licensed healthcare provider. They do not guarantee a prescription, as this depends on each patient’s individual needs and the provider’s evaluation.

‌For prescription refill visits, if we are unable to provide a refill for the requested medication, you will be notified prior to your scheduled tele-health visit and will not be billed.

Once a lab testing order has been transmitted to the lab testing provider, the cost of the lab testing is non-refundable.
